LUMINA LOOP

OHANA LABS · LUMINA LOOP

Privacy Policy

1. Who provides the game

Lumina Loop is provided by Moran Ohana, operating as Ohana Labs in Israel. For information we handle, including support correspondence, this is your responsible contact: ohana.ai.apps@gmail.com.

This policy covers the game, optional support and linked document pages. The current development build uses Google test ads on Android and iOS. Live advertising is not enabled. Test ads can still involve network requests and data processing. Web and desktop versions do not use the mobile advertising SDK.

2. Information kept on your device

The game saves your best score and a broad advertising privacy setting on your device. Your run, score and available continues are managed locally. There is no player account, cloud save, developer-operated game server, public leaderboard, chat, Firebase integration or in-app purchase.

Before mobile advertising services start, you can enter your age in years or choose Prefer not to say. The entered number is used only to select a local adult or restricted setting and then discarded. We do not save or send the exact age or ask for a birthdate. Not providing an age does not prevent play; the restricted setting applies.

3. Advertising services and when processing starts

Android and iOS use Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request ads and manage applicable privacy choices. After the age step, privacy requests can contact Google. Once ad requests are permitted, the game may initialize the SDK and preload an ad before you choose to watch one. Choosing not to watch an ad does not mean no SDK data has already been processed.

Depending on the platform, privacy setting and permissions, Google may process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device or app identifiers, app and ad interactions, ad views, and performance or diagnostic information. These support ad delivery, measurement, security, fraud prevention and service improvement. The game does not request precise location permission.

Google processes information under its own applicable terms and privacy practices, including purposes it determines. We do not receive the raw SDK request records. Learn more: https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

4. Advertising choices and storage

The game requests non-personalized ads and general-audience (G-rated) ad content for all players. Non-personalized does not mean anonymous or free of storage: advertising services can still process information for delivery, reporting, frequency limits and fraud prevention.

Where required, UMP presents privacy choices before ads can be requested. Use Ad privacy choices in the game when that option is available to review or change them. Declining optional purposes may limit or prevent ads and rewarded continues; you can still start a new game. Device advertising and privacy settings provide additional controls. This policy is not itself consent to advertising or tracking.

5. Children and family play

Lumina Loop is designed for family play, with gameplay intended for ages 9 and above. A parent or guardian should help a child understand privacy choices. The game treats everyone who indicates an age below 18, and anyone who does not provide an age, as restricted. This is a product protection, not a statement that legal age thresholds are identical everywhere.

For this group we request child age treatment and G-rated ads, and tell UMP not to seek the child's advertising consent. Google documents that child treatment disables personalized advertising and remarketing, restricts third-party ad vendor requests, and prevents transmission of Android and iOS advertising identifiers. Some processing, such as network requests, can still occur. We do not ask children for names, email addresses or other identifying details to play.

A parent should contact us about a child's support or privacy concern without including unnecessary identifying details. Report an unsuitable ad to ohana.ai.apps@gmail.com.

6. Optional support

If you email us, we receive your address, message and attachments through Gmail. We use these to answer you, investigate the reported issue and handle related legal or security concerns, not to send advertising. Providing this information is voluntary; without enough information we may be unable to respond or resolve the issue. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment details or sensitive information.

Support information is accessible to the operator and service providers needed to handle it. We may disclose information where legally required or necessary to address a specific security incident or protect lawful rights. We do not sell support correspondence or upload it to ad targeting systems.

7. Other services and international processing

Google, Gmail and app stores process information through their infrastructure, which can be outside Israel and your country. Their handling and transfer arrangements are described in their policies. App stores may provide aggregated installation statistics and diagnostics made available under your device and store settings. Public store reviews are visible to others.

If you open a linked document page hosted on GitHub Pages, GitHub may process your IP address, browser details and request logs to operate and secure the site. Our document pages contain no added advertising or analytics scripts. GitHub's policy is at https://docs.github.com/en/site-policy/privacy-policies/github-general-privacy-statement. Following an ad or another external link opens a service governed by its own practices.

8. Retention and local reset

Local game preferences remain until removed or replaced. The game's local reset clears its saved best score and local age setting. Clearing app data or uninstalling can also remove local preferences. Operating-system backups may retain or restore copies; manage those through your device settings.

Local reset does not delete information already held by Google, Gmail, GitHub or an app store, and is not a reset of their privacy choices. We keep support correspondence only while needed for the request, reasonable follow-up and applicable legal obligations or disputes, then delete or anonymize it. Other providers apply their own retention periods; we cannot promise deletion of their records through the game.

9. Your privacy rights

Contact ohana.ai.apps@gmail.com to ask about information we hold about you, to access it or request correction. You can also request deletion and, where applicable law provides, restriction, objection or portability. We handle requests subject to applicable law and may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns you. Parents or authorized representatives may contact us on the relevant person's behalf.

Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. For Google privacy records, use its controls or contact Google; we can help identify the relevant service. You may raise a complaint with the privacy authority competent for your location.

10. Security and changes

We take reasonable steps to protect information we handle, but no device, storage or communication method can be guaranteed secure. Keep your device and operating system updated.

We will update this policy when the game's data practices change, including before enabling live ads, and request additional consent where required. The in-game and published documents show their version date. Questions: ohana.ai.apps@gmail.com. Last updated: October 22, 2026.
