Terms of Use
1. Operator and scope
These terms cover Lumina Loop, provided by Moran Ohana, operating as Ohana Labs. Contact: ohana.ai.apps@gmail.com. Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before playing. If you cannot agree to these terms under the law that applies to you, ask your parent or legal guardian to review them and approve your use.
Reading these terms or continuing past the age screen does not grant permission for advertising data processing or replace any separate privacy choice required by law.
2. The game and audience
Lumina Loop is a one-tap arcade game. Move between orbits, avoid mines and collect light to increase your score. More patterns, orbits and moving obstacles appear as a run progresses. It is designed for family play from age 9. Store content ratings do not replace parental guidance or legal consent requirements.
The current game is free to play and has no player account, purchases, chat, public leaderboard or cloud save. The development build offers Google test advertisements; live monetization is not yet enabled.
3. Optional ads and continues
After a crash, you may choose a rewarded ad for one continue, up to two successful continues in a run. The continue is granted after the ad service confirms the reward. Closing before a reward, a loading error or no available ad does not grant a continue or spend a successful-continue allowance. You can always choose to start a new run without an ad.
Ads and rewards are not guaranteed to be available. You do not need to click an ad, install another app or buy anything to earn the offered continue. We do not charge for it. Scores, sparks and continues are gameplay features with no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed outside the game.
4. Third-party content
Ads may contain video, images or interactive content. The ad service controls its presentation and close controls. We request restricted, general-audience content, but an ad is not our recommendation or endorsement of the advertiser or its claims. Tell us about inappropriate ads at ohana.ai.apps@gmail.com. Do not include sensitive details in a report.
External sites, stores and advertised products have their own terms. These statements do not remove our responsibility for the game or any rights that applicable law gives you.
5. Local records and availability
Your best score and local privacy setting are saved on your device. Resetting local data, clearing app data, uninstalling, storage failure or an update can erase them. The game does not provide cross-device synchronization or guaranteed recovery. System backups may restore an older copy.
We aim to keep the game working, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or preservation of every record. Updates can change game balance, patterns, features or rewards, subject to your applicable rights.
6. Permitted use and ownership
You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The operator and applicable licensors retain their rights in its code, artwork and branding. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
Do not distribute unauthorized copies, use the game unlawfully or interfere with its services. This does not restrict accessibility, interoperability, reverse engineering or other uses that mandatory law permits.
7. Play safely and keep your rights
The game includes motion, bright light effects and particles. Take breaks and stop if you feel discomfort. Do not play while driving or when your attention is needed for safety.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, no additional guarantees are made beyond those expressly stated. Nothing here excludes or limits liability for bodily injury, fraud, intentional misconduct or any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights remain in effect.
8. Changes, questions and disputes
Updated terms will be available through the game's document menu. We will provide notice or seek renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If you disagree with updated terms, stop using the game.
